The following members of Legacy Realm have been designated inactive as outlined by the Rules that govern our guild.
Simply stated, inactive status occurs when a member does not report to their rank Advisor or in the absence of a rank Advisor, a member of the Table or Founders, their intent to be away from the guild for more than thirty (30) days at a time. To maintain your active status even after 30 days, just e-mail or contact your Advisor or a Table member or Founder that you will need an extension. Key rule is to keep in touch!!
If your status is modified to "INACTIVE", when you are ready to return to "ACTIVE" status once again, just inform the Table or Founders of your decision and you shall be reinstated into Legacy Realm. However, your rank will decrease by one full rank. Your new rank Advisor will be informed that you are returning to Legacy Realm.
If your status remains "INACTIVE" for more than six (6) months after you are placed on the inactive list of members, your name will be removed from the membership scrolls, and you will have to re-submit an application to Legacy Realm if you return, and your entrance rank shall be Page. However, you will not have to undergo the sponsorship process once again.

As with everything in Legacy Realm, you have the right to appeal being placed on the Inactive Members List. Simply attend a regular guild meeting on Sunday night at 6 pm EST in our guild channel and ask to be heard by the Table member running the meeting. A decision will be made on the spot as to your status :) Any questions, please feel free to contact the Table .. they'll be glad to answer any concerns that you may have concerning this policy!
